UPSC NDA & NA II – 2025 Examination

  • Exam Date: Sunday, 14 September 2025
  • Vacancies: 406 across Army, Navy, Air Force, and Naval Academy
Exam Timings
  • Mathematics Paper: 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM (300 marks)
  • General Ability Test (GAT): 2:00 PM – 4:30 PM (600 marks)

  • Available 7 days before the exam on upsconline.nic.in
  • Mandatory for entry to the examination hall

  • Army (NDA): 208 (including 10 for women)
  • Navy (NDA): 42 (including 6 for women)
  • Air Force (Flying): 92 (including 2 for women)
  • Air Force (Ground Tech): 18 (including 2 for women)
  • Air Force (Ground Non-Tech): 10 (including 2 for women)
  • Naval Academy (10+2 Cadet Entry): 36 (including 5 for women)

Eligibility Criteria

  • Nationality: Indian
  • Age Limit: 16½ – 19½ years (Born between 02 Jan 2006 – 01 Jan 2009)
  • Educational Qualification: Passed/appearing Class 12 (with Physics & Maths for Air Force/Navy/NA)
  • Physical Standards: Must meet UPSC medical and fitness requirements

Selection Process

  • Written Exam (900 marks) → SSB Interview (900 marks) → Final Merit

Important Guidelines

  • Papers will be bilingual (English & Hindi)
  • Only metric system questions in Mathematics
  • No calculators, log tables, or scribes allowed
  • Carry Admit Card + Photo ID to the exam hall
